Stephanie is great. Back in 2020, when my barber retired, I went to Stephanie at Hair to Stay, because she was close to home. When I asked if she could do a flat-top, she said no but she would try. Well, needless to say, she taught herself how, and I am STILL going there!
Steph is the best. Perms come out great, and if there is ever an issue, she takes care of it.
Clean, well kept, 1 person at a time. Good haircuts.
